A new documentary was just released!

Catalpa New Bedford is beyond excited to share this incredible film created by our good friend Marcus Howard. His passion for telling the story of the Catalpa matches our own, and he was one of the people that inspired the start of this website and sharing this amazing piece of history with others.

Marcus Howard is an independent historian, filmmaker and educator that is known for his world renowned talk "The Greatest Escape in Irish History: Voices from the Tomb - Catalpa Rescue".
